Well, part of it, anyway. James H uncovered this 30-second clip over at Video-C.co.uk. And yes, you can see Matt Lucas in it, if only briefly.
The video seems to follow the message of the song quite closely, being a pseudo-political message about the commercialisation of religion in the USA.
