Attention all contestants - this is your 2 1/2-hour warning!
Right, now we'be got that pesky Superbowl out of the way, we can all concentrate on the *real* competition in hand - Benvivor IV!
Signups closed on Thursday, and with 43 contestants, this could be one aggressive competition!
The first round will be posted at midday GMT TODAY, and you have 48 hours (in other words, until midday GMT on Wednesday 9th Feb) to get your answers to James via the boards' Private Message ('PM') feature.
