The DVD of Ben Folds performing with the Western Australia Symphony Orchestra finally has confirmed release date, albeit slightly later than the first reported date of the 22nd.
Entitled "Ben Folds and Waso Live in Perth" and 11 tracks long, it will be available in Australia on the 28th of November, and in the USA on the 6th of December.
I've not been able to find a release date for the UK, but during my search I did find the 'Songs for Silverman' Hal Leonard transcriptions on amazon penned for a November 30th release date, though copies are already available from the USA.
If I find a UK release date for the DVD, or region info for the other editions, I'll let you know.
