Holy Shit!  Just when I was thinking that some of the other setlists were looking samey, BF busts out Uncle Walter, Adelaide, and what I assume are debut versions of Cannery and Emaline on guitar!

Can anyone post the full setlist, jpar maybe?

Highlights include shout-outs to long-time big fans like jpar, and Ben telling a great story about him, Dave Matthews, Sledge, and Tre running over a bear drunk after a show way back in the day.  The sound was about perfect where I was.  Ben and the band were in a great mood despite the heat.  The energy was great, and the crowd was spot on all night even with the harmonies.  The crowd split itself and nailed Army's horns without any direction from Ben.  The crowd also nailed the parts to Cannery.  Really one of the best shows I've been to out of the 20+ times I've seen Ben.

I tend to agree with your assessment and cannot imagine a show with all of the songs I excerpted from the entire list much less the other 20 or so that were performed.

Hoping that a boot of this one shows up.

One other question for the starter of this thread:  are you the Kyle that had the Clubhouse back in the day?

These are what Ben's setlists should be like every show.  Play some shit no one expects (Adelaide, Uncle Walter, Cannery/Emaline w/ guitar, etc) and 30 songs is great.  And it looks like more BFF tracks than usual were played which is always a plus.  I saw the setlists from Council Bluffs and Tulsa and they couldn't have looked more vanilla.  Glad he switched things up for this.  And jpar that's sweet that you got a personal shout-out...what did he say to you?  I'm jealous.

Yeah, probably the best time I've ever seen him. My name is Jackson, so I freaked when he started Jackson Cannery. :D

Here's hoping someone bootlegged the show!

Kyle, one of these days we need to hook up again for a show. Or at the very least meet up.

If someone did bootleg this, I want it. Especially Rockin' the Suburbs. That's two songs (Army and RtS) Ben has managed to get my nickname into, and two times I was too excited to have been taping anything. ARGH.

This was show 66, and damn if it isn't in the top three Folds shows I've been to. Killer setlist, great crowd, and the guys were just on fire. You to Thank featured one of the better breakdowns I've seen in that song, and Ryan KILLED the bass in Uncle Walter - I do believe Clinton was in office the last time I saw that song live.

Now we just need to get the full band to play the Missing the War>The Last Polka suite and we're good.

Going to kill (or perhaps just kick) myself for not getting a babysitter and attending this, 25 minute drive from my house. PLEASE let there be a recording.
