SuperSpeedGraphic?
« on: July 31, 2006, 09:18:55 PM »
Well, Chudley beat me to it over at the .org, but I'll be the first to post it on the Suburbs, I guess.
According to this: http://www.mbrauer.com/discography.asp
Ben will be releasing a SuperSpeedGraphic....I wonder what that is.
Ideas?

Woah.  I'm assuming it's the next EP.  It sounds like he combined Super D and Speed Graphic, but where is Sunny 16?

Maybe it's more unreleased songs that he wrote a long time ago, like the previous Eps were mostly comprised of.  Maybe we will finally see an official release of Rocky, Cool Whip, Lydian Song, Clueless, etc.

Title pisses me off..... Seems like it is a cop out to me. But that could just be me. Because it just seems like Super D and Speed Graphic mushed into one. Why not add a Sunny or a 16 in there? Like SuperSpeedSixteen. How about that?

I am hoping that maybe it is just some sort of Micheal/Ben thing, and that it doesn't have a title yet? I'm hoping it means new LP. Because. I want.

Wasn't it originally refered to on Brauer's site as an "EP collection"? That could either mean:

- More than one new EP
- The old EPs bundled off together, resulting in huge disappointment for all fans, living or dead (aside from the ones that are too lazy to buy the seperate EPs online).

I hope it's the former.

Oh, and...

Whew - I thought we'd never get rid of that picture of Alex...

He doesn't seem to have any new songs registered at the BMI site thingie (still to come?), so I'm afraid it's the latter..
When it rains it snows, I wonder why..

ARE YOU READING THIS BEN? That would be major dissapointment.  And Lame. With a capital L.

You'd better not be lying to me. Ha.

Jared already lied to me by telling me they weren't going to be touring any more this year after Ben was done in Australia. And we see how long that lasted.

Someone needs to ask Jared or Lindsay what's going on....

You seem to have connections; you do it. They just recognize me when they see me, and that's about it.

But then again, when I talked to Jared it was May. Things like this change. And if we think about it, Ben's been on the road for how many years? Jared said it's been 12 years straight. It'd almost be hard to sit at home for almost 6 months, don't you think?

This right here, is the reason I HAVE a myspace. I didn't get one until someone said to me, Oh you know Ben's got one? And I skipped home to my dorm room and registered. This was early 2006. Woo me.

That's not the reason i got one back in '05, but it's the reason i keep it now. otherwise i would've deleted it a long time ago.
