[PDF][MIDI] - Songs for Goldfish - Rockin' the Suburbs LIVE
« on: March 28, 2006, 10:00:18 AM »
My first transcription post.  Here's the piano part of RTS, the live performance on the SFG CD.  I transcribed up through about the 4 minute mark where the piano part ends and Ben picks up the bass.  There are several measures of rest in the middle during the "You better watch out..." part.  Enjoy.

Really? Could you post the other transcriptions?  Part of the reason I made this transcription was because I wasn't able to find one that was already done.  As for there being similarities, I did intend this to be a note-for-note transcription of the SFG version, so if it's similar to another note-for-note version that's floating around out there somewhere, that shouldn't be too suprising.

Erm, I've heard a transcription of RTS live, but it was from when Ben was on The Panel. So of course they would sound a little similar (no sh*t, they're the same song =P).

Excellent! I've been looking for this forever. I actually like his piano modification over the real RTS (i like the bum-bum-bum-bumbum thing before the little classic RTS doodoodoodoodoodoo...if anyone has any idea what I'm trying to say :P)
