Lonely Christmas Eve Transcription

After gettin off my arse and reading the instructions to the noteworthy composer, i started with a transcription of lonely christmas eve.
Here is the beginning of the song, like the first 20 seconds. Please let me know what you think. Corrections are appreciated, look out for the second chord, sounds different in the song but i couldn't figure it out yet.
It may be an easy song but it's my first transcription ever so i do my best.
I'll try to get the song done by christmas (what a coincidence...)

my allseeing eyes are defining these sheets as the musicnotes one...
thanks for that, helps me getting along though i try to get it done by myself.
but it's a good help if i don't get on with certain passages

im kinda new here, with these sort of files, but ive played several ben folds /  five songs, i need some help

noteworthy comporser viewer is saying that the lonely christmas eve.nwc is in a format not supported

can someone help me figure out how to get it working.

or put up a midi for me

download the noteworthy evaluation program on the noteworthy website. It's a free trial version. You just can't save your files more than 10 times, otherwise you'd have to buy the full version

then download CutePDF (and install, eh) and print a PDF from Noteworthy Composer.

i got the solo done some time ago but i don't have time and maybe skills to finish the song so if anyone is interested in finishing lonely christmas eve, that'd be cool. I changed some parts a bit like the first verse where there's no piano in it, so you can change that as well if you like...
