From what I remember (too late to have a full run at it)...
alternate between:

(left hand) + (right hand from lowest to highest note)
(C) + (G, Bb, C, Eb)
(F) + (F, A, C, Eb)

Until he gets to "And the bartender says..." Where you go to Bb major and Eb major chords. More or less. Not sure what the voices are on those, but it'll get you started.

andy's right, and i think it's (Bb) + (F, A, D)  for the other voicings
                                       (Eb) + (G, Bb, D)


jam at the end is the same starting on Cm7
