songs for silverman - question
« on: March 21, 2005, 04:29:32 PM »
If someone could clear this up for me, that would be great.  Currently, my understanding is that a person has to choose between a 40-page booklet and a strings version of Landed when purchasing Songs For Silverman.  Why the hell would they not also include the strings version of Landed with the deluxe edition of SFS?  That's like something my cable company would do with channel packages.  ::)

if you look now on sonymusicstore.com, there are like six different packages you can get. one is the delux dvd thing of SFS with songs for goldfish (im assuming this is the new 10 track cd with awesome cover art) and one thats the regular SFS but with a songs for goldfish dvd editon...whats up with that?

I see it like Elements of Rock does. It appears you don't get the strings version of Landed with the Deluxe Bundle pack. If that's the case, that sucks.

Not only do you not get landed with strings you also don't get the 5.1 audio mix in the deluxe edition package...

so you have to buy both deluxe and dual disc for everything...

How record-companyish of the record company.  Pretty silly, isn't it?
it'll put your mind more at ease if you say the words of release...
