After much time at work, I’ve come up with this.
Please don’t import the MIDI into NoteWorthy to listen to it, because it will screw up the dynamics, the glissandos, the staccato, and the triplets. If you really want to have it in NWC, just ask and I’ll be happy to e-mail it to you. Also, if you have trouble downloading the PDF, then again just ask.

Excellent.

I put it into NoteWorthy, and it worked just fine. You just have to configure the import properties properly.

Wow. I just found this forum, and I'm completely in love! I totally suck at transcribing most things. And now I will be at the piano all weekend, and thus fail all my finals... But it will be worth it!

Thank you so much for sharing - I've been dying to play this since I heard it!
