Did anyone ever see any type of report about this show?

The Cave, huh?  Haven't been there in almost 21 years.

In a very smartass manner, I imagine.

Well, that wouldn't be much of a ch-ch-change, now would it?

I'd vote for the editing error.

Plus they play SFTD in a major key

Amen, Josh, Amen.
Further it would have been interesting to see how that band or any other that gets put together for that matter would sound after at least six months of touring.  Remember, Snuzz, Millard, Jim and Ben played only about four months worth of shows.  Annie's boot of New York the night after Bowery shows how much more confident they were in the material than in July at Solana Beach.

My biggest fear about Ben is that he'll never tour with a band again. I mean I love him by himself, but the energy of playing with a band is just that much more amazing.

Yeah, the band he had on the 2001 tour was a lot of fun.

The Ben/Lesbian angle of this thread reminds me of something I once heard on the radio or maybe it was one of the daytime talkers.

A guy had a sex change operation so that he could become a lesbian.  I ain't making it up.

So I leave the office Friday, casually log on this morning (Monday) and Holy Crap!!  Very exciting stuff.

As for the recycling bit...I think we all loved Annie's recording of the Bowery show.  I mean hearing the audience participation in Army for the first time was simply amazing.  But then BFL took many of the best elements of that show and captured better sound quality.

The snippet that we all first heard from the Zona Rosa boot was exciting to us.  To hear it in a more extended version this spring even more so perhaps.  But to possibly have that song in a final recorded version...great.

And as for Wandering...I agree with JBJ.
