Hey All,

For those interested I noted down the set list of last nights awesome concert. It seems to be quite different to the previous night's one having 7 different songs in each set list. Quite a huge amount really. You could almost make a full concert of the orchestral ones he interchanges!

I have also taken some small video clips that I will add to youtube over the day and post and same with some photos too.

The set list was as follows and all songs were with orchestra unless indicated:

Zak & Sara
Alice Childress (One of my all time favourites and it was amazing!)
All U Can Eat
Jesusland
Carrying Cathy (Just stunning! Also, Ben forgot the words after the bridge and the words he came out with were "La la la la la la la la Folds’ forgotten the words" - classic!)
Fred Jones pt 2
Landed
Philosophy (inc. Misirlou)
Not the Same (+ audience as vocals but no teaching of the parts - spontaneous and beautiful with orchestra and choir, he just turned to us in the first Ahh bit and conducted... sing loud and proud we did!)
Army - Solo
Adelaide
Mess - (So good to hear the orchestral version of this)
Gracie
Evaporated
Steven's Last Night in Town
Brick
One Angry Dwarf and 200 Solemn Faces (Completely rocked the house!)
Narcolepsy
-------------
Rockin' The Suburbs - Solo
The Luckiest

All in all a fkn great concert. One of the best in fact. I thought it was so much more balanced and cohesive than the WASO DVD.... that and I got to meet Ben afterwards...  :) Will post vids and photos soon.

OK,

So I'm walkin past my local record store (that happens to be an HMV) today (Saturday 9th of April)  and I hear "Jesusland" blaring out of thier sound system!

OMFG - I drop my salad sandwich and run my sweet little ass in there and wait in line while these idiotic people are purchasing $12 DVD's that they will never watch and I get to the front of the line, panting and say "Excuse me kind sir, is that Mr Ben Folds that you're playing there - can we buy his new album yet?" the balding yet young man behind the counter says to me "Oh yeah - we're not selling that till tomorrow." Damn, I say to myself and yet somehow mangage to say to the young balding chap "I know this is probablay a stupid question but you are releasing both the CD and the Deluxe Edition tomorrow?" the balding man looks at me with confidence and says "Yeah, I'll just go check" so I watch the fellow go out the back of the store and ask his manager. This squeaky voice from behind the the door from the woman who's face I cannot see says "ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm" there was some shuffling (presumably of some used McDonalds wrappers) and some more mumbling which I cannot hear then the man turns around and calmly says to me "Yeah, we can sell the CD from tomorrow morning but the deluxe edition is about another week away" -- "Oh - ok, thanks for your help" I say and I exit the store...

ANOTHER WEEK?

ANOTHER WEEK?!!?!@!#!@#%^%&U%^#

For f*cks sake Sony - get your act together. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT say that you are going to something and then delay it. I bet they won't even have the remastered WEEA ready for the "to coincide with the release of SFS" as they also said even though it's been available in the rest of the world for the last 4 weeks...

Record companies are the devil kids.
