Oh so true. ;D

One of the hardest things to recreate using MIDI in my experience, though, has been guitar pick slides.

It's totally possible. I know how to do it with my programs, but not sure how easy it would be in NWC. You might have to result to just writing out triplets (i.e. two eighth notes = eighth note triplet with the first two eighths tied together (quarter, eighth triplet)).

I was expecting the quality to be like absolute crap, but it's actually pretty decent. And yeah: only a few more days.

Had some fun playing with Free Coffee this weekend. May adjust some of the EQ settings a little later.

There was a topic about this some time ago, but I can't seem to find it.

Anyways, I've always wanted to figure out that 3 part vocal harmony in the middle of Don't Change Your Plans (right before the brass come in). So since Hal Leonard did a rather half-assed job and only wrote out Ben's part, I attempted to figure the rest out myself.

It's really hard to hear some parts on the recording (I had to figure out Sledge's part from a live recording) so could someone tell me if this is any good? I've included the piano part as a reference.

EDIT: Fixed measure 6.

At least upload everything 'sides the studio tracks please.

There you go: both the back cover and the back of the CD insert.

I can scan it tomorrow and post it.

Ben said in his iTunes Originals that he originally wanted to release two versions of In Love: one with Shatner's vocals and a second without (i.e. just Ben's vocals), however, he never actually got around to doing so.

So, in conclusion, no it does not exist separately.
