I agree.  I think Ben is pulling a Radiohead.

I think I had an epiphany. 3 "album" tracks, 6 'fakes". Typically, a CD-single has 2 b-sides. We know Hiroshima is the first single. YDKM has got to be one. I think Cologne will be, too. Therefore, maybe the "leak" is the 3 singles along with their 6 b-sides....

Possible?

The track 03 Long way that has been found over at Piratebay is just the end of Way to Normal from the 9 track "leak".

Furthermore I'm just glad i've got some ben to enjoy, I think the man's a genius. This one I think is ironically for the fans and his internet community to make us all smile.

This certainly has Ben confused. I totally want this album to be a fake leak. Not because it's bad in any way but because i <3 Ben.

off topic, but... where can i get (at least a list but preferable the actual) RTS b-sides? I have hiro's song but what else is there?

If it is completley for marketing purposes then it's a bit of a wierd time to be doing it. Shouldn't he have done it when he had tour tickets to sell?

he should be releasing US tour dates soon.  i would hope, anyway.
btw, kweller said his cd's postponed to either january or february '09.  which, placing Folds back in the UK for march, like he said, could mean a possible bens reunion???  just sayin'...  perhaps i'm just extremely hopeful.  not even sure why as i obviously don't live on that side of the pond.

Nah, seems about right. It's in the right timescale for most album leaks so seems more legit. Plus it needs time to build up speed. I honestly think this will be a big story when the press get hold of it.

make note that "fuzak" from his myspace was probably recorded in the same sessions as the crap songs
