And also, why the hell does the "one(1)" LawSpeak exist? Was there some case in years gone by where someone successfully sued someone else over "one" actually meaning 12?

Oh that was Ben FOLDS!  I was sure it was Kweller.  I do believe, Andy, sir, oh capitan of all that is Ben, thats Foldsy and Kweller are morphing into one big, uber-Ben.
