Thoughts on BF/BFF vinyl

I actually listened to supersunnyspeedgraphic on the way to work today, cause I too always choose the EPs themselves. But the fact that this vinyl is coming out....

I liked it more than I remembered. I still hate the Bitches Ain't Shit reprise being attached to Still (and not a true hidden track). But I liked the orchestrations better than how my hackles must have gone up in 06.

The company also has said via twitter that there's no plan for a color variant

Agreed 110%, but as a completist I’ll get whatever is released. How often I spin it is another matter entirely.

I have mixed feelings about this. I love the EPs, don't get me wrong, but I do not like this release. I don't like the re-visited versions of these songs. I really think that Ben should have just let them be!! I also don't like how it skims over half the stuff he wrote on the EPs.

This would be a good opportunity to just release all three EPs as they originally were, in a vinyl format.
