Hell yeah, Guildhall Southampton. Saw Ben there a few years back - I'm surprised he's returning because the acoustics from atop the balcony are pretty awful. Anywho, it's near me so a dead cert I'm going.

According to the press release, "Members of the Ben Folds Fan Club will have advance access to presale tickets and ticket bundle opportunities".
I'm assuming some of you guys are members - know the prices and how much you save with the bundles? Worth the $10 membership?

You brought me up?  That's awesome, thanks!  Wish I could've been there, but I host a local music show from 6-8 every Thursday.
Yeah, someone in the chatterbox mentioned you, so I indulged him and shared my thoughts on the David phenomenon.
Was his username "fmuk"? That guy's awesome.

Great stuff. Enjoyed that, despite the lag. Thanks for bringing up DAVID - always make me grin, though I'm sure he shuns you for not worshipping him.
I wish Ben knew who created DAVID though! Would make my life all kinds of awesome.

Ah, dumb me. 7PM EST is midnight UK time, so technically the last one was on the 23rd here.

No offence to jpar but I hope Ben pays as much attention to the rest of us tonight as he's done before. Last night was a bit of a disappointment with the technical problems and only one comment read out.

Didn't see no jpar tonight.
Incidentally, I remember chatting to you and relaying your messages to Ben when you were trying to get on. Good times.

Oh, hi folks. Haven't been here in a while.

What a crazy thread....
A clue: one of them is most famous for it, the other is famous for something completely different, yet the first was in it three times and the second was in it only one less time.
A blatant clue: The people are Shatner and Cruise, in case you haven't already got that....

I took your advice and checked IMDb, and it appears they were both in... 3rd Rock from the Sun?? Is that the link I'm missing? I never watched the show, but I couldn't believe the two might be related to something. So... bEN... am I right?

Not the link I was looking for, but right nonetheless....
William Shatner appeared in two episodes of the TV show Mission Impossible on which the Tom Cruise starmaker was based. Then Shatner>Folds could go a variety of ways...
Someone post a new one!! :D

Note that there's someone crucial in the middle and you'll need to use his imdb page probably! Have fun!
