What Song Did You Write in Your Paper Airplane?
« on: October 09, 2016, 01:09:30 PM »
This was a tough decision for me (that's why I made 2)

My request for the Last Polka made it to him and he played it.  I like the song but I really wanted to see it live.  Well worth it.

I also wrote Tiny Dancer because he kills that every time.

But what is your strategy?  As the night was winding down, I realized that some of my all time favorites may not be played because no one threw those up!  Should I write One Angry Dwarf every time?

I'd love to hear what you wrote....

Julianne, since I've never seen it live and think it would kill as a solo piano.

I wrote "Your Redneck Past" when he was in Lincoln and he took my request!
I see that there is evil, and I know that there is good, and the in-betweens are never understood!

I'd love to throw something crazy obscure like "Lydian Song" at him, just to see his reaction.

I wrote Dog. Sadly my airplane was never picked up. Your Redneck Past in Lincoln was f*cking awesome!

I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to go to a Paper Airplane show. Closest one has come to me is 8.5 hours. :'(

Also my preplanned airplanes include:
- Sports & Wine
- Password (though that'd be hard to pull off, but whatever)
- Away When You Were Here
- On Being Frank
- House
- Bruised

These are selected because they are the studio proper album tracks I've never seen.

I'd love to see other things like:
- Kalamazoo
- Adelaide
- Rent-a-Cop
- Make Me Mommy
- Girl

Because, again, we have studio recordings, but I've never seen them live. Everything else is checked off my list.
