Oops. Obviously I meant the Premium Deluxe. Got my words mixed up there. ;)

I'm always a sucker for deluxe versions of things. Somehow I've managed to never get the WtN box. Over the years, though, I've been less and less interested in picking it up. Maybe some day...

Is it "bonus" if you're paying $150?

It was hard choosing between the white vinyl and the $40 Deluxe, but I went with the latter since black vinyl tends to sound a little nicer.

totally went with the $40 preorder. the white one, as far as I can tell, is only one LP instead of two. and the super duper deluxe pre-order is just more photography.

I was going to go for the $150, but went with the $40 one after thinking it over.  Had the LP insert been signed on the $150 version, I probably would've stuck with it since I thought that was the best visual perk out of any of the editions.

there's no reason why the 40 dollar one would have something the 150 dollar one doesn't. for 150, the record sleeve should have been hard cover!

Has it been said if the download card that comes with the vinyl will also include the instrumental tracks on mp3 as well?  My fear is that it they won't be included in the download.

That's a good question, that I don't know the answer to.

Which instrumental tracks?  The three concerto pieces?  Or are there other instrumentals on the deluxe editions?

If you mean the concerto, then I would have to assume that they are included in the digital download, as well as the DVD version of the album.  They are considered part of the full album.
A one-hit wonder with no hits...

Hey, that's Oh-Ned-Er!

Don't know if these are on iTunes, but the track lengths are also posted on Amazon's MP3 page:

Capable Of Anything - 3:50
Not A Fan - 3:34
So There - 4:20
Long Way To Go - 4:42
Phone In A Pool - 4:04
Yes Man - 3:59
F10-D-A - 1:59
I'm Not The Man - 4:41
Concerto pt.1 - 10:28
Concerto pt.2 - 5:45
Concerto pt.3 - 4:33

Pretty much cements F10-D-A's status as a jokey throwaway.  Guess Ben just couldn't help himself.  Also, there's an audio preview of the first concerto movement up.  It sounds pretty wild.

Apparently the Barnes & Noble CD comes with those too.  Tempted to maybe get that.  I think the instrumental Not A Fan could sound really lovely.

Ultimately, I'm just counting on these popping up online anyways.  :P

I'm beyond happy with what we're getting on this album. I'm fairly certain the concerto was written as a stand alone piece, aka the other songs we are getting are an afterthought. He probably knew he couldn't justify a release of a 20ish minute instrumental, so we got So There. I'm more than happy with seven new songs, and hell, a little F-10-DA isn't a bad thing either. (that sounds wrong..)
