so the 250 copies premium deluxe edition one is $150 or is that the limited deluxe edition? and if so how much is the other one? if i'm gonna be paying 150 bucks do i get to request an alternate non-terrible album cover?

can i buy just the vinyl+DVD? there's no way it's an actual HD DVD right? format's been dead for years. and you don't need a blu-ray for HD 24/96 audio, gonna assume it's just a DVD. where my details is, benny?
