IT'S A DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD! Hell yeah! Titled "Little Britain vs. Big Ben" with the header "yeah, but, no, but, really, but leave off! Comedy superstar Matt Lucas chats to his piano-tinkling indie idol Ben Folds".
There's a kick ass pic of Ben and Matt in Ben together (mmmmm) and questions about Shatner, Bitches Aint Shit, influences etc etc. NME, all is forgiven.

Tour Board / The 'We Should Thank Ben and the Guys' Thread!

Edit: As I've posted below, rather than be all over the top about, let's pretend all I actually wrote in this post was 'Hey, the fan club could be a channel people could use to thank Ben and the guys if they wanted. Individually.' As it is, this is what I *did* write...
You guys can shoot this idea down if you like, it's very likely that it sucks.
But it seems that we've all been pretty hugely affected by the shows on this UK tour - each gig has had something special and memorable - and I thought it'd be kinda nice to thank Ben, Jared and Lindsey... (and subtly suggest that we'd like a return trip pretty soon...? 
).
The Fan Club seems to be pretty closely affiliated with The Man Himself, so why don't we get a bunch of comments together, stick em all on an email or letter and send it off to the club? I reckon there's a very high chance they'd get to read it....
Ok, I'm just a sensitive soul mourning the end of this tour, but I just thought it'd be a cool, good karma-enhancing thing to do

Heehee, yes - go to page 15 of today's NME, look at the 'and another thing' section, and find my email - an iccle message to Ben (partly!). I'm not from Timperley, though it says I am...! Sorry to brag, but its not often you see our guy's name in the NME

This board rocks- its so nice to have a UK perspective on our lil redneck.
Anyhoo, there is a point to this (other than boosting eveyone's egos) - I read here a while ago that Ben said about doing some UK festivals; has anything come of that? I'm something of Ben Folds virgin and (to stretch the metaphor too far) i'm ready to take the relationship that one step further.
Any info will be greatfully received, y'all!
