Title: Frightened Rabbit
Post by: general_apathy (Chloe) on September 01, 2008, 07:55:15 PM
They're like a Scottish matt pond pa/Okkervil River.
I like the song The Modern Leper. It's pretty much heartbreakingly great.

The song I like the most isn't on there, but it's worth checking out, imo.

I dunno if I'd compare them to Okkervil River. They're a bit more poppy, I'd say. They have a really ridiculously good song called "Snake" (which is a hidden track on their first album) but they don't seem to play it live, which caused me great distress (I told them off afterwards and they said they get a lot of requests for it...). They're way too loud live.

I need to get their "new" album still...
