Not saying it's not clever, but I don't really find it that funny.

"next thing you know fleur's in my bed" is pretty funny imo

I have to admit I really dislike the end of the original, where Ben tells us for the billionth time that its a "true story". So I did find the ending to this version pretty funny.

Pretty harsh, but very well done.

I'm vaguely amused by this.  I'm sure it was done in fun, and it is funny/clever in parts.  It just seems a little too meanspirited for my taste, which is probably just a side effect of me liking Ben Folds' music and respecting him as a fellow human being.  Plus, it made me cry.  Or, you know.  Not.
