I've never been able to find good chords even for this song, let alone an accurate transcription of how he plays the beggining of the song.  Does anyone have anything good on this?  Preferably not NWC, because I can't read those...

C G and F in inversions.  ^^  left hand in octaves on the roots. thats how i does it.

maybe i'm missing something but to me that sounds nothing like what he played.  the transcription, i mean.  that's why i'm asking for a new, better one.  what inversions?  is there anyway someone could a midi please?

it might be the sound of hte piano confusing you.  the c chord (bottom to top) is E G C.  then the G chord is D G B, then the F chord is C F A.  if thats in your transcription i would trust it.  sounds just like it to meeee.  lol
