Ooh, I just realized I'm going to be vacationing a lot during the Summer... I hope I can make it to one of the concerts at some point. My fear is that if I vacation somewhere they'll play in my hometown and when I return home they'll play where I was just vacationing and so on and so forth. SCARY STUFF HERE GUYS. I NEED TO SEE ANOTHER BF5 SHOW GUYS.

Haha, there are so many things I want to see from this tour on that CD. Is it wishful thinking to hope for a multi-disc set? Ahaha...

this is the kind of show our generous "anonymous donor" would be a welcome return.
or...we should have asked ben himself :p
who do you think that donor is? :P

Haha, does anyone know how to get ahold of him for something like this? Because I really, really, really want a recording of this show. Like, you have absolutely no idea. Actually, you probably do. But still.  ;D

I recorded it but don't currently have a way of importing it onto my computer.

I'm so sad that they're playing seven out of ten songs from TSOTLOTM, but none of those songs are "Away When You Were Here" or "Kn Being Frank".

Seriously. Rare of Rare. Raaaaaaaaare. Like. Last time I think it was played was four plus years ago. Ben never really, ever, plays it solo. Clearly. UGH. JEALOUS.

I freaked out about it when they started playing it, but no one else in the audience seemed to. I was disappointed at the lack of enthusiasm for a few songs.

Awesome set list. Thanks for posting. They played Missing the War FIRST? Wow, what a surprise. Tiny bit of sadness about no Uncle Walter. But excited to see if they keep this setlist in Austin tomorrow (actually, tonight) or change it up even more.

How was the crowd? Pretty full house, or ..?

Yeah, my dad was asking me what they were gonna play, or rather what I thought. And I kept saying "Michael Praytor, Pyser, Cannery, Selfless, Erase Me." And he asked if that's what I thought, and I said "Oh, no, I KNOW." Then they got out and played Missing the War and I was never so excited to be wrong!

Yeah, full house. I was totally cramped, but it was cool, great show.

Just got back. Let me type up the setlist (there may be a few things slightly out of order, but this is everything they played):

1. Missing the War (totally unexpected, totally awesome)
2. Michael Praytor
3. Jackson Cannery
4. Selfless
5. Erase Me
6. Alice Childress
7. Improv ("I'd Like to Order A-- SHIT")
9. Sky High
10. Mess
11. Magic
12. Draw a Crowd (first time played)
13. Robert takes a bathroom break Improv, returns quickly Ben sings about Rob's nickname being "Quick Draw", Darren's "Tripod", and Ben's "Soft Patch". "I'm not really sure what they mean by that."
14. Landed
15. Do It Anyway
16. Brick
17. Philosophy
18. Kate
19. Army
20. Song for the Dumped

21. Underground
22. One Angry Dwarf

Awesome show, although there were total jerks behind me who kept requesting "Army" and obnoxiously singing over Brick with lines like "'cause I was tired or c*mming". They really didn't consider other people around them. I was about to try to get Ben to play Army early too, just so they'd shut up. Also, I tried requesting Tom & Mary, but I don't think he heard me.

And for the first time in two years the guys stuck around at a show I was at. It was wonderful. I've clearly talked to Darren at Hotel Lights gigs (there's only been one). But this was my fourth show this year and, including three solos last year I was batting .000 SUCKED.

Question from someone fairly new to concert-going; where would they go if they were sticking around? The back of the building or something?

This might be my favorite on the album. It's certainly my favorite of the more "rock" tracks.

I love this one, especially the chorus. I dunno what it is, but I really like it.
