I happened upon this old gem that I hadn't ever seen before.  Thought I would share:

This seemed like the appropriate thread to post this article:

Quite a few hints of future projects in this article including an acting cameo.

I came across this video from the storyboard editor for the Do It Anyway video.  Pretty cool:

There are plenty of videos of this collaboration on YouTube.  Here is one I thought had pretty decent audio:

Nice interview with a few less standard questions:

Also, a recent interview with standard questions:

Here is a Rolling Stone review of the show that also provides a little more insight into the Coyne & Ke$ha performance:

I wasn’t expecting that kind of complexity, not after so long away. “The Sound of the Life of the Mind” sounds like a band completely in the moment again.

A nice interview with Ben:

Q&A: Ben Folds On The Ben Folds Five Reunion And Taking A John Lennon-Like Approach To Life

Some good quotes:

Does Ben Folds sit down while he pees?

f*ck no, man! I hang from the ceiling with a massive splash guard.

Getting the guys back together, you know, it's actually a pay cut for me. But I'm into it because this is inspiring.
This surprised me.  Given how quickly the reunion show sold out and how good the new record is (in my opinion), I thought BFF reuniting would be a cash cow (relatively speaking).

I'd played solo gigs before [BFF got together], so even though, I don't know, I had 100 fans, that was our fanbase. So we put my name in it, but I don't think we wanted to do it too earnestly.
Never knew this.

I know we have much bigger things to care about these days but this video popped up recently.  Looks like Ben is getting his hands dirty introducing string arrangements to Ke$ha.

News / Ben Folds Eats Humble Pie

Interesting article/interview:

Ben Folds eats humble pie

"You would have never heard me in an interview in 1999 [the year before the breakup of the Five] say that I played with the best bass player in rock and roll, but I did. Why didn't I say that? It's true now, too," Folds says. On the live recordings, Folds says, "I would hear myself talking at the shows and just go, 'Who in the hell was this guy? This guy's just a jackass.' And then I would hear the band play together, and it would seem so evolved."

"I've given up my ego enough to be able to submit myself to the band, and I think it's been really rewarding," Folds says.
