Why are some transcription books so expensive???

Hey y'all,

Nothing is better than seeing Ben's music first hand in one of his transcription books.  Unfortunately for some reason, Songs for Silverman and Reinhold Messner are about $100 each while all the others are around $25.  Does anyone know why this is???

Yes these books are so expensive than others, the reason is demand & the popularity....
