Alright guys, here's a boot of Ben's show at La Zona Rosa back from 2002.  The quality is great and the setlist is far and away my favorite from his solo career.  There's a great mix of BFF, solo, and cover material.  Highlights are Eddie Walker, Morgan Davis, Girl, Golden Slumbers, Uncle Walter, Kate, Summer B, Missing the War, and SFTD Minor.  Anyway, these are the FLACs.  Hope you enjoy.

Whoever downloads this, could you make sure the links match up with the actual songs?  I just wanna make sure nothing got mixed up after 30 Copy/Pastes.  And will this be added to WUWTL.  Again, enjoy and I hope there aren't any problems (first time uploading).

So I was on Youtube today looking for recent tour videos and came across this:

Tonight The Bottle Let Me Down

This came as a complete shock to me because the only other recording of this song I know of is the BFF version on WUWTL.  Has Ben ever played this solo before?  Maybe I haven't done my homework but I thought this song was a true rarity that he only did with BFF.  If anyone has more info on this it would be great to hear.

Here's a setlist I found via (I don't know how reliable it is)  If anyone actually went they should post their setlist too.

Working Day
Doc Pomus
Your Dogs
Saskia Hamilton
Release The Shit (?) (Improv)
Still Fighting It
From Above
Annie Waits
Hava Nagila
Levi Johnston's Blues
Zak and Sara

I wasn't sure where to post this so I hope this alright.  I'm always looking for unreleased/bootleg/improvised material from BF/F and obviously found a ton on WUWTL but I clicked on the lyrics link in the top corner just now and found quite a few songs I had never heard of.  I was wondering if you guys could help me get them?  I would really appreciate it, thanks!

Here's the list:

Beer Barrel Polka
Death Is Lighter Than A Feather
Divorce Song
Don't Stop Believing
Dream On
Funky Sexy Nudeman
Hotel California
Khe Sanh
Long Tall Texan I know he did this at the Texas shows but I'd love to hear it.
Movies Kick Ass
My Baby Just Cares For Me
Old Man
Race For the Prize
Rocker Tommy Lee
Shit Day
Sweet Home Alabama
The Inherent Violence of Badminton
35,000 Feet of Despair
You Light Up My Life
Your Cheatin' Heart

I see a few of these are from the Reed College show (that was the "secret show" right?)  I would absolutely love to hear some of these covers as well as the other tracks so if anyone has copies to share I would be extremely grateful.  Sorry for the long list but thanks for reading!

EDIT:  It appears I wasn't looking hard enough on WUWTL.  I've since found a few tracks from this list  ::)

Hey guys, first and foremost, is there anyone else here going to this show?  I'm hoping it'll be a good show but Ben might be cut short on time with Weezer performing as well.  Regardless, I'm still excited!  I'd be glad to take down and post the setlist.  I also wanted to bootleg the show if I could and I wanna ask those of you who have done this before for any tips.  Any sort of suggestions that would give better audio quality or things like that would be much appreciated, thanks!

General Board / Requesting a Big Picture of the BFF Cartoon Piano
« on: April 03, 2010, 05:29:01 PM »
Hey guys, I know this may be an odd request but I'm trying to make a custom t-shirt with the classic BFF cartoon piano on it.  Problem is I can't find a good picture of it anywhere online for some strange reason.  If anyone could upload this picture, PM me, or even just show me a link, I would be extremely grateful.  I do feel a little foolish not being able to find such a popular image but it's not coming up on google images or anything :/  Thanks guys!
